14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you and your pet to absolutely love your Furly products. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Free from pet hair, odors, or signs of use
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return shipping instructions
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Ship using the provided return label
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7-12 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll arrange the exchange at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
We provide prepaid return shipping labels for all Canadian returns. You won't pay anything to send items back.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
