What size bed should I get for my pet?
We recommend measuring your pet from nose to tail while they're lying down, then add 6-8 inches. Check individual product pages for detailed size charts.

Will the products shed?
Minimal shedding may occur initially, which is normal for natural wool. Regular brushing helps maintain the fibers.

Are your products machine washable?
We recommend hand washing to preserve the natural fibers and extend product life. Machine washing may cause shrinkage or damage.

What is your return policy?

Contact us within 14 days and we'll provide a prepaid return label. Exchanges are free!
